Hybrid Courses Refund Policy
- Refund Request Timeline:
- Full Refund: Requests made more than 30 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Partial Refund: Requests made between 15-30 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued for requests made 14 days or fewer before the course start date.
- Access to Online Content:
- Once access to any online content or materials is granted, no refund will be issued, even if the course start date is more than 30 days away.
- Transfer Option:
- You may transfer your registration to another course date or participant up to 14 days before the start of the course. A $25 transfer fee applies.
- Cancellation by the Organizer:
- If the course is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course without any fee.
